RAS Mains today & tomorrow: Exam at 122 centres in state

Ajmer: All arrangements have been put in place for the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services (RAS) Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination to be held in two shifts today and on Monday.

A spokesperson of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission said the exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 5 pm on March 20 and 21.

The examination will be held at 40 centres in Jaipur, 23 in Jodhpur, 17 in Ajmer, 12 in Bharatpur, 9 in Bikaner, 5 in Udaipur and 4 in Kota. More than 20,000 candidates are registered for the exam.

The examination was to be held on February 25 and 26 but was postponed following protests by aspirants demanding extension due to a sudden change in the syllabus and after the matter landed in court the date was decided accordingly.
