Provisions under 90A of agri land may be abolished in Raj

Jaipur: The requirement of 90A of agri land may be abolished in state. CM Gehlot may announce this in state budget to be presented on Wednesday.

According to experts, 90A will be considered as deemed for agricultural land which is included in the urbanisable limit of the master plan.

The land conversion process for agri to non-agri use will be considered. If this happens, there will be no need to get 90A done separately for agri land. Announcements may include new housing schemes in cities using Land Pooling Act, and GIS-based land and property system.

The announcement may be made to make Kishangarh a multi-modal logistics hub.

Announcement to renew township policy, affordable housing policy, CM Jan Awas Yojana and other important policies can be made.
