Provide effective assistance to the affected people: Mishra

Jaipur: Governor Kalraj Mishra, while reviewing the loss of life and property in Rajasthan due to cyclonic Biparjoy and heavy rains, directed the local administration to provide quick and effective assistance to the affected people on Wednesday.

The Governor spoke to the District Collectors of Jodhpur, Sirohi, Jalore and Pali as well as Jodhpur’s Divisional Commissioner Kailash Chand Meena over the phone and inquired in detail about the damage caused by the storm and heavy rains.

Mishra also took information about the situation from the Sub-Divisional Officer of Mount Abu and gave instructions to make effective efforts for relief there.
