Paper leaks were rampant during Congress rule: CM Sharma
Jaipur: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Sunday hit out at the previous Congress government, alleging paper leaks on a large scale during its tenure.
He claimed that 17 out of 19 papers were leaked, severely impacting the morale of hard-working students. CM Sharma said that his government took swift action upon assuming office, forming a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the leaks.
So far, he informed, the SIT has made 108 arrests in connection with various irregularities in recruitment exams.
Addressing the inauguration of the Rajpurohit Global Centre of Excellence in Jaipur, Sharma reiterated the government’s commitment to providing employment opportunities to the state’s youth, with plans to fill approximately 70,000 positions this year.
He also highlighted initiatives such as Yuva Saathi Centers across divisional headquarters to guide youth towards careers in private sector.
