Norms issued for mix use of public, semi-public land
Jaipur: Mix use of a land, which has a public or semi public use in master plan and located along the road, won’t be allowed.
UDH and LSG have issued a joint order in this regard. Mix use of such land along 24M wide roads in Divisional HQs & 18M wide roads in other cities is permissible, but if land use is recreational, green belt, ecological area in master plan then mixed land use isn’t allowed. Now public & semi-public land uses have also been included in such restricted land uses. If plot’s depth is 60% & has mix or commercial land use as per master plan the entire plot can be used for mix or commercial purpose.
