More lease amount in case of mix- use land
Jaipur: More lease amount will have to be paid in case of mix- use land. The UDH department issued an order in this regard. According to the order, 3.5 percent of the allotment rate or the then reserved rate, whichever is less, will have to be given. Earlier, it was 2.5 percent.
For the mix use plots of colonies settled on agriculture land, the lease amount will be 3.5 percent. The land use change of mix-use plot was made cheaper. As per an order of the UDH, 10 percent of DLC rate or 20 percent of reserved rate will be applicable for changing land use to commercial from mix use. Earlier, it was 40 percent and 20 percent respectively.
