Madan Rathore is new BJP President of State
Jaipur: BJP leader Madan Rathore will be the new State President of the party. First India channel broke this news first on Thursday. National President JP Nadda appointed Rathore, who is RS MP from Rajasthan. The party’s general secy, Arun Singh, issued the order late Thursday. Rathore’s appt follows the resignation of outgoing President CP Joshi, which became public on Thursday. CM Sharma had met Amit Shah on Wednesday in Delhi. A few days earlier, CP Joshi and Madan Rathore had also met PM Narendra Modi and UHM Amit Shah in Delhi. In another development, Radha Mohan Das Agarwal has been appointed in-charge for Rajasthan, Vijaya Rahatkar will remain state coin-charge.
