London’s Book of Records honours RHB

Jaipur: Wednesday was the day when RHB added another jewel to its crown. London’s prestigious World Book of Records organisation has honoured the RHB with an international award for selling a record 13,583 commercial and residential projects in the last 3 years through e-bid submission. The award was presented in a function held in Indore city of MP and was accepted by Board’s Financial Advisor Sanjay Sharma on behalf of RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora.

Notably, RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora considered the RHB team oto be the real catalyst deserving of this honour. “In the last 4 years the public had completely lost faith in the RHB, the board was running into losses, but the energy and enthusiasm of the officers and personnel of the board did what has become an example for the people,” he said.

Congratulating and expressing his best wishes to the entire team of Board for this honour, Arora said that working with the same passion and enthusiasm, we have to set many more new records in the years to come.

Interestingly, this is not the first time the board has got international recognition. In the last four years, RHB has received a total of 11 awards. These include World Book of Records in House Sales, Skoch Award-2021, Award of Excellence, , National Housing Award, IBC and ‘Star of Governance-Gold Award’etc.

It is noteworthy that CM Ashok Gehlot and UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal have also praised RHB’s effective working style many times. Not only this, Housing Board has become a case study for management gurus across the nation. Many states of the country are preparing to adopt the Board model.
