LALSOT DSP SUSPENDED; PROTESTS CONTINUE AS MED BODIES DIVIDED

Dausa/Jaipur: Lalsot DSP Anil Kumar was suspended on Saturday in Dr Archana Sharma suicide case. The Home department issued a notice to this effect on Saturday. The Lalsot Police have also annuoned a reward of Rs 5,000 on the second accused Balya Joshi.

After the suspension of Lalsot DSP, the IMA has called off the ongoing agitation but some doctors are not happy with this decision.

Tussle even after fulfilling all the demands and reaching a rapprochement shows sharp difference of opinion among the doctors. JMA secretary Dr Anurag Sharma, who has been a part of the talks with the govt, said, “I got the hint about the suspension yesterday night.

However, I have not signed the declaration to withdraw the agitation.” Meanwhile, CS Usha Sharma has written a letter to the DCs and SPs, instructing them to implement the provisions of Raj Medicare Service Persons and Institutions Act, 2008.
