Jodhpur ACB to investigate Nagaur bribe case of ₹94K

Nagaur: After registering the FIR at ACB headquarters in the matter of charging commission in MGNREGA branch in Rural Development Cell of Nagaur Zila Parishad, the matter has been handed over to the Jodhpur ACB to investigate in detail.

Junior assistant Suresh Kumar and broker Virendra Sangwan were held on 23 March while taking Rs 94,000 bribe on the name of getting financial approval of water tanks and CCC block of Gram Panchayat.

They had demanded Rs 1.90 lakh. Now, the ACB will investigate all the pending as well as quickly disposed of financial proposals. For the last 7 days, MNREGA XEN is underground and broker Punaram is also absconding.
