JDA releases more funds of Rs 2.5 cr for Tiger Safari at Nahargarh
Jaipur: The JDA has released Rs 2.5 crore more for the construction related work for Nahargarh Tiger Safari. Now, the work is expected to be completed in two months and Tiger Safari may start in April.
A pair of tigers will be brought from Maharashtra or Haryana. The work of fencing, outer track and guardroom is complete and the work of making a water point and 10 shelters is in progress. This will be the fifth wildlife safari in Jaipur. A 30-hectare Tiger safari is coming up inside the Nahargarh zoo. This will be a firstof-its-kind facility for tigers in the desert state of Rajasthan.
