JDA gives notice for removal of boundary wall at JLN marg
Jaipur: In the case of valuable land on Jaipur’s JLN Marg, notice has been given for the removal of boundary wall and other constructions on the land. JDA gave notice under section 72 of JDA Act. This land is included in 200 feet wide strip and construction has been done on this 12,000 square yards of land. The boundary wall was first built on land worth Rs 250 crore contrary to the order of the JDA Appellate Tribunal.
Moreover, a small room (kothri) has also been constructed on the land. Notably, the file moved in JDA in a single day on Thursday. JDA’s zone sent a recommendation to remove the construction, then immediately the enforcement branch issued a notice and the notice was given to the affected party to remove the construction by August 18. The notice is given regarding the occupation of JDA-owned land.
