JDA action continues; pulls down more illegal structures in Jaipur
Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) initiated the removal of illegal encroachments along the proposed 100-foot sector road from New Sanganer Road to Vandemataram Marg.
The operation continued on June 19, removing encroachments from approximately 800 meters of the road, including around 70 illegal structures.
Under the supervision of Chief Enforcement Controller Mahendra Kumar, the enforcement team deployed heavy machinery including JCBs, pokeland machines, and gas cutters to facilitate the clearance process.
Meanwhile, business owners in New Sanganer Road have announced a protest against the JDA’s impending infrastructure expansion plans. The protest comes in response to JDA’s decision to widen the road by 200 feet, slated to commence on June 26.
