Jaipur: On the occasion of Ram Lalla Pran Pratistha in Ayodhya on January 22, Jaipur will remain on high alert.

Besides, search ops will be conducted at hotels, inns and dharamshalas. Special vigilance will at bus stands and railway stations. On this day, Deepotsav will be celebrated in Jaipur. Five lakh earthen lamps will be lit at major areas across the city. Meanwhile, Jodhpur Police Commissionerate issued order to issue temporary firecracker licences from 18 to 23 January in wake of Ramotsav. Applications for licence can be made till January 14.
