Jaipur Dist Cong plans dharna on May 15 over several issues
Jaipur: Jaipur Dist Congress will hold a dharna in the state capital on May 15 on various issues.
This dharna will be held at the Collectorate Circle from 10 am to 1 pm. A meeting regarding the dharna was held on Sunday. In the meeting, displeasure was expressed over the deteriorating law and order situation in Jaipur, water problems and several other issues.
“Crimes are continuously increasing, people are not getting water in the scorching heat. Also the decision to close the govt English medium School opened during the Congress rule is questionable. On these issues, we will hold the dharna on May 15,” DCC president RR Tiwari said.
Several leaders of the Congress party including Archana Sharma, Ganga Devi, Lalit Toonwal and Pushpendra Bhardwaj were present in the meeting on Sunday.
