Ex-RPSC member Katara’s 5 properties seized by ED
Jaipur/Dungarpur: The Enforcement Directorate has attached 5 properties related to former RPSC member Babulal Katara. The action was taken in Bhaatpur, Malpur and Moja Rajpur where 4 agricultural land and 1 commercial land was attached by the officials while taking action under PMLA.
The properties are in the name of Katara’s son Dipesh Katara and are valued to be around Rs 90 lakhs while the market value is said to be about Rs 1 crore 50 lakhs. The team from the Enforcement Directorate in Jaipur arrived at the tehsil office on Wednesday and completed the initial documentation process first. Later, they marked all five properties with the police force accompanying them and affixed a board declaring the ownership under ED.
