Dy Secretaries, officers to conduct quarterly inspection, submit report

Jaipur: After the instructions of Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant, complete guidelines regarding inspections in the Secretariat have been issued.

Under this, Deputy Secretaries will conduct quarterly inspections, The Section Officer or Group Officer has been instructed to inspect their sections and submit the report.

Deputy Secretary level officer in the Secretariat had the powers of inspection in the section earlier also, but now it has been streamlined. Deputy Secretaries will inspect their sections once a quarter in March, June, September and December. The Group Officers will inspect their sections every month, review the pending cases and present their report to the concerned Secretary.

Reports of quarterly inspections done by the Joint Secretary/Deputy Secretary in March, June, September, and December will be sent by April 10, July 10, October 10 and January 10.

Group officers will send the monthly inspection report by the 10th of the next month. It is necessary to send the outstanding quarterly statement and monthly statement report by the 10th of the next month.
