Dilawar welcomes move of Raj HC dismissing plea on Surya Namaskar
Jaipur: While hearing a petition filed challenging the decision of making Surya Namaskar mandatory in schools across the state, Rajasthan High court quashed the petition ordering that the petitioner was not a registered organization. Petitioner’s advocate Kashif Zuberi that two petitions had been filed in the High Court and the one filed by Rajasthan Muslim Forum was rejected while the one filed by AIMIM was accepted and will be heard on February 20.
Edu Min Madan Dilawar while welcoming the court order said that Lord Surya will be worshipped on Surya Saptami and we all will do Surya Namaskar. He said that a few people were creating obstruction and their point was not accepted by the court. He said that opposition by some people in a population of 7 crore was negligible and we are not worried about them. He sarcastically said that the people who are opposing this might not be taking sunlight and said that it was an exercise.
