CS to extend ‘Padharo Mhare Des’ invite to international travellers!
Jaipur: Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant is heading to Berlin, the capital of Germany, for a three-day tour to participate in the International Tourism Bourse (ITB) from March 5-7. The Principal Secretary of the Tourism Department, Gayatri Rathore, and the department’s Director, Rashmi Sharma, will be accompanying the CS.
The ITB is the world’s leading travel trade show, where more than 10,000 exhibitors from 180 nations take part. Rajasthan will also showcase its touristic products and hold a roadshow as well.
Notably, Pant’s Berlin tour to attend the trade fair is being considered extremely important. According to sources, perhaps this is the first time any CS will be participating in an international event to promote the tourism sector. However, in the past, several Chief Secretaries have travelled to foreign nations to attract industrial investment.
It is believed that the Bhajan Lal Sharma government is extremely focused on the development of tourism in the state, and even CS Sudhansh Pant has an interest in the development of the tourism sector, hence he is travelling to Berlin to take part in the tourism fair. The state’s tourism industry is upbeat as a result of Pant’s tour.
