CS instructs Collectors, officials to ensure smooth implementation at Mehangai Rahat camps in Raj
Jaipur: Chief Secretary Usha Sharma expressed happiness over the success and widespread public support of the Mehangai Rahat camps and said that in two days double the daily target of beneficiaries has been registered. Appreciating the concerned departments and District Collectors for better management of the camps, she said that the District Collectors have been instructed to ensure smooth implementation by visiting these camps regularly.
Sharma, while reviewing the camps through video conference at Government Secretariat on Wednesday, emphasized that the label must be pasted on the Chief Minister’s Guarantee Card being given to the beneficiaries. Also, on increasing the number of beneficiaries in temporary camps, their registration should be done in permanent camps. The Chief Secretary instructed the District Collectors to set up help desks at the camp site, make arrangements to deal with the heat, make arrangements for refreshments and other arrangements for the staff, and ensure availability of materials.
The Chief Secretary said that all district collectors should pay special attention to the information and news published through local newspapers, news channels and other mediums regarding the camps. Also , making maximum use of social media, make sure to upload photo-videos and success stories related to the camps.
In the meeting, Secretary to the CM Gaurav Goyal informed that updated data on the progress and registrations of the camps are available on the dashboard prepared by the Information Technology Department. With their help, District Collectors can assess the situation in their districts and make proper management. He sought proper distribution of CM Guarantee Cards.
