Court remands 16 in EO Exam Leak case to SOG custody
Jaipur: In a major development in the EO recruitment exam paper leak case, the (SOG) presented 17 suspects in court on Friday, marking a second round of court appearances. This follows an earlier appearance of 19 individuals, including 12 candidates and seven accomplices, all linked to the alleged cheating scheme.
The court granted SOG custody of 16 suspects until Oct 29, while three others were placed in judicial custody. The SOG had requested a five-day remand for the 16 accused, believed to have used Bluetooth devices to facilitate cheating during the EO recruitment exam in 2022. Among those presented in court were notable suspects, including Tulcharam.
