Congress govt increased debt burden on people of the State: Union Min Meghwal
Jaipur: Union Minister of State for law Arjun Meghwal on Friday, accused the state Congress govt of increasing debt burden on the people of the state.
Meghwal is the head of the panel that is preparing manifesto for Assembly elections in Rajasthan. While talking to reporters at the party office, Meghwal alleged, “The Congress government is misleading the public in the name of inflation relief camp. The government has increased the burden of debt on the people.”
Meghwal further criticized the Congress-led State govt for misleading public with their assurances of loan waivers for farmers and unemployment allowances for youths in 2018 assembly polls, which he claimed have led to bad governance and an increase in the State’s debt burden.
“If we compare nation’s inflation rate with that of Raj, a clear difference is visible. Congress people work to spread confusion among masses. They talk about good governance whereas, the truth is that State has got only bad governance.”
