Jaipur: CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, while chairing a review meeting regarding the progress of Pachpadra Refinery, directed HPCL to accelerate the work of Refinery located in Balotra and complete it before Diwali. He also directed HPCL to enter into long term supply agreements with investors to ensure timely sale of the products manufactured in the refinery.

CM Sharma further said that the capacity to process 9 MMPTA crude oil and 2.4 MMPTA petrochemicals is being developed in Pachpadra Refinery. “The first integrated grassroots refinery-cum-petrochemical complex is nearing completion. Expected to generate Rs. 6,000 crore annually and create 24,000 direct jobs, it will transform Rajasthan’s economy and attract foreign investment.”
