CM to launch policies, flag off run
Jaipur: Chief minister Ashok Gehlot will flag off Run for Environment at 6 am on Monday on World Environment Day. He will also launch new conservation reserves, pollution checking centers and several policies at a state level function. Gehlot will flag off the run at the state level function at Albert hall.
Forest minister Hemaram Chaudhary and industry minister Shakuntla Rawat will also be present at the function. On this occasion, he will unveil the state e-waste management policy, climate change policy and forest policy 2023. The celebration will begin at 6 am with ‘Run for Environment’ in which hundreds of people will take part to spread the message of environmental protection. The World Environment Day is going to be special in Rajasthan this year.
