CM launches ‘Jan Samman’ video contest, cash prize for winners daily

Jaipur: The video contest, a brainchild of Rajasthan’s Gehlot government, was finally unveiled on Friday at exactly 2 pm after a week long promotion through teaser advertisement run by the government for the online social media contest. Making the official announcement of the contest, CM Ashok Gehlot appealed to the people of the state to participate in it in maximum numbers.

The Chief Minister also shared a video announcing this contest. In this, along with the intention and purpose of this prize contest, he gave information about all the aspects. In the video shared by Gehlot, from joining this prize contest to the prize money, everything has been explained in detail through graphics. Calling upon the people of the state, Gehlot said that those who are interested should come forward and make a video of any scheme and upload it in the prescribed manner.

Speaking about the video contest, Gehlot said that common people can connect through this contest. “Along with making videos in this, the youth will also get an opportunity to get a reward. The purpose of this prize contest is that the work of connecting the 15 lakh families who have been left out of getting the benefits of government schemes in inflation relief camps will also be done through this medium,” Gehlot said.

Pick up mobile, make a video: “This competition is very important in itself. It has been started thoughtfully. It is hoped that you people will pick up mobiles and send a video after making it. You will also get a chance to win prizes,” he said.
