CM implements Raj Contractual Hiring to Civil Post Rules, 2022
Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, on Saturday, approved the proposal to implement ‘Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Post Rules, 2022’ in the State. More than 1, 10,000 contract workers of Raj will be benefited by bringing them under the purview of these rules.
It is noteworthy that these contract workers continued to play an important role in implementation of various welfare & social security schemes of Centre & the State, but their social security wasn’t taken care of.
With this decision, a total of 41, 423 contractual workers, including education workers, para teachers, gram panchayat assts, English medium teachers, 18,326 of Rajivika and MNREGA, 5,697 madrassa para teachers of Minority Dept, 44,833 contract workers of Medical & Health Department & Medical Education Department totalling 1, 10, 279 will be benefitted by these rules.
