BJP surveys defeated leaders and current MLAs for LS polls
Jaipur: The BJP is actively preparing for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, conducting a thorough survey to identify potential candidates. With a focus on securing victory, the party has assessed prominent leaders who previously lost in assembly elections alongside current MLAs. A comprehensive survey covering 25 Lok Sabha seats has been carried out by a leading agency, selecting two to three candidates per seat with the highest chances of receiving the party ticket.
Notable figures scrutinised include Rajendra Rathore, Satish Poonia, and Narendra Mandawa, among others.
The survey also extends to incumbent MLAs like Dr Kirodi Lal Meena and Baba Balaknath, indicating the party’s strategic approach towards fielding strong contenders.
The survey includes defeated veteran leaders like Rajendra Rathore from Rajsamand, Satish Poonia from Ajmer and Jaipur rural seats, and Narendra Mandawa and Shubhakaran Choudhary from Jhunjhunu.
