BJP scared of our govt’s decisions: CM Gehlot
Jaipur: CM Ashok Gehlot on Saturday claimed that 6 lakh children in Rajasthan are getting benefits in the foster scheme. “This is a very unique plan. Caring for 6 lakh children is a big deal. If you don’t take care of them, don’t know where they will go. If our govt comes, it can also put a guarantee act. A child has the right to take benefit from the Guarantee Act. We are giving pension to 1 crore people, providing relief to farmers. These people are scared of our decisions. Rajasthan BJP leader have mastered lying,” Gehlot said while addressing a press conference at the CMR.
On formation of united opposition - INDIA alliance - Gehlot said, “It had to happen. They are tearing apart the constitution of country.” Interestingly, the CM also reflected on a question about his son and said, “I didn’t think about son Vaibhav at first. Now, we have to think.”
Commenting on BJP’s ‘Nahi Sahega Rajasthan’ campaign against the Congress government in the poll-bound state, Gehlot said the saffron party only showed ‘Nikammapan’ (uselessness) in the four-and-a-half years in the state and therefore people are saying that they will not tolerate BJP.
