Bagade highlights Amber Fort’s tourism potential
Jaipur: On Wednesday evening, Governor Haribhau Bagade visited the Shila Mata Temple in Amber, where he offered prayers and sought blessings from Goddess Mahishasuramardini. He prayed for the prosperity and wellbeing of the nation and the state.
Following his visit to the temple, the Governor explored various historical sites within the Amber Fort, including the Diwan-e-Aam, Sheesh Mahal, Kesar Kyari, 27 Kacheri, Ganesh Pol, and the Magical Flower. He praised the fort’s architectural beauty and called for learning from its water conservation practices. He admired the fort’s mixed Persian, Mughal, and Hindu architectural styles. Governor Bagade highlighted that Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is not only a pride of Rajasthan but of the entire country. He urged for effective promotion of its architectural & artistic aspects from a tourism perspective. Expressing his appreciation for the natural beauty of the lush green hills of Amber during the rains, the Governor emphasized the significant tourism potential of Amber.
