All ongoing schemes will be completed timely with quality work: Arora
Jaipur: RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora said that the officers should ensure that the work of various residential and commercial projects going on across the State is completed within the stipulated time period while maintaining quality.
Arora was reviewing various ongoing schemes across the state at the RHB Headquarters ‘Awas Bhawan’ on Monday. In the marathon meeting which lasted for 3 hours, the progress of under-construction and progressing schemes were reviewed through power point presentation, 3D view and photos and videos taken by drones and necessary guidelines were issued.
Arora inquired about the current status of ongoing schemes including Chaupatis in Jodhpur and Kota, Badli-Bikaner, Shivbari-Bikaner, Bhilwara, Udaipur, Manpura Abu, Niwai Tonk, Alwar, Bhiwadi and other Raj districts. He reviewed the progress of houses being constructed under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana in Jaipur’s Indira Gandhi Nagar & Pratap Nagar, took stock of City Park, Coaching Hub, SS Residency, Vatika Residency, Fountain Square. Arora instructed to complete the works of houses being constructed under the Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana in Sectors 3 & 7 of Indira Gandhi Nagar and Sectors 28 & 26 of Pratap Nagar in Jaipur by May 25. He said that these houses would be inaugurated soon.
