Addl Commissioners to oversee SOP execution
Jaipur: The JDA administration has assigned the responsibility of implementing a new SOP to the Additional Commissioners. This SOP, released recently to resolve cases related to the general public, outlines that the Additional Commissioners will conduct random checks. They will randomly select three files from each zone under their supervision to verify whether the zone personnel are adhering to the SOP.
They will check if the file movement aligns with the flowchart provided in the SOP. In cases of non-compliance, instructions will be issued to the concerned personnel. However, it remains unclear whether these three files need to be checked daily, weekly, or monthly, as the JDA SOP does not specify this.
