4 new leopard safaris to start soon in Raj
Jaipur: Following the announcement of new conservation reserves in Rajasthan, the state govt will soon start four new leopard Safari in Rajasthan. On May 22, on the occasion of World Biodiversity Day, the Forest Dept is going to start safari in Jaisamand and Jhunjhunu. Additional Chief Secretary of Forest & Environment Dept Shekhar Agarwal informed that with the formation of a new leopard reserve, the conservation of wildlife in Rajasthan will also get a boost. “Apart from this, the Forest Dept is also working fast on the plan to start two more safaris. If everything goes according to plan, the safari can be started in Mansa Mata and Khetri Bansial on June 5,” said Agarwal.
