The YRF spy universe expands! Shah Rukh Khan to have a cameo in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3
Mumbai (Maharashtra): Every diehard Bollywood fan knows the extensive spy universe that YRF is creating with Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. Till now Salman and Hrithik have been introduced with their respective films. Salman was seen as Avinash Singh Rathore aka Tiger in the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ film series. Meanwhile, Hrithik came into the spy universe as Major Kabir Dhaliwal in the prequel ‘War’. Now, Shah Rukh will come into the picture in 2023 with his spy thriller ‘Pathaan’.
It had been previously reported that Salman Khan reprised his role in Shah Rukh’s film and has a special cameo. He even shot for 10 days and had a chopper entry with action sequences on cars, and trains, along with a Russian mafia and more. According to a report by PinkVilla, Shah Rukh Khan will reprise his Pathaan role in Tiger 3.
Reports say the actor will shoot for the movie for 10 days like Salman Khan in Pathaan. SRK too will be involved in a fight scene in Tiger 3 but his entry will be a dashing introduction scene. A source close to production stated, “Much like Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan also has to shoot for about 10 days with Salman on Tiger 3. It's a role reversal of sorts in terms of the number of shoot days, but the dynamic of character cameo in both the films is diametrically different. While Salman has a chopper bound entry in Pathaan, a special introduction scene is being designed for SRK in Tiger 3, the details of which have been kept under wraps for now.”

The sequences, stunts, dialogues - all of them have been designed keeping their stardom and real-life dynamic in mind. The creative team of Spy Universe is aware of the audience's expectations, and hence, they are leaving no stone unturned to make this reunion into a special event,” the source added.
Although their scenes were to be shot by the end of June, due to some scheduling issues, it was pushed till July end or early August.
Pathaan starring Shah Rukh Khan along with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham will release on January 25, 2023. It will be the fourth instalment of the spy universe followed by Tiger 3 with an Eid release the same year.
