Yogi Adityanath govt transfers 11 IPS officers in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh transferred 11 IPS officers on Friday in which Jaunpur SP Ajay Sahni, who was promoted from SP to DIG, has been removed and sent to Saharanpur as Deputy Inspector General of Police.

On the other hand, after the Vikas Dubey scandal, IPS Anantdev has been made the new DIG of Railway Prayagraj. IPS Ajaypal Sharma has been made SP Jaunpur. Meanwhile, IPS Kamlesh Dixit has been made SP Rules and Manual, IPS Shivhari Meena has been made SP Cyber Crime Lucknow and an honest IPS Pawan Kumar has been made SP Anti Narcotics Task Force Lucknow.

Moreover, IPS Rohan Pramod Botre has been appointed as SP Women and Child Protection Organisation, IPS Dinesh Tripathi as SP 112 Headquarters Lucknow, IPS Vineet Jaiswal as Deputy Commissioner of Police Lucknow, IPS Suniti as SP Administration Headquarters and IPS Jai Prakash Singh as SP Security Headquarters Lucknow.

It is believed that after the Global Investors Summit, IAS officers will also be transferred in the state.
