‘VISHWAGURU’ TURNS ANOTHER PAGE!
In the general conscience of the masses, seventy three years of age is considered to be the twilight years of an individual...a time when they retire from worldly activities and concentrate their limited energies on maintaining their health and perhaps spending time with their grandchildren, if any. In fact, in the thoughts of the masses, people of old age are quickly ‘written off’, as they can not move about with the same pace as the ever moving world.
However, this is not the mould Prime Minister Narendra Modi fits in. As he turns 73 years of age today, he is sprightly as lively as any 27 years old youth! Working over twenty hours a day, PM maintains the same energy, focus and zeal of any youth of today. perhaps that is another reason why the youth of the ‘modern world’ finds in Modi an icon they can resonate with!
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday comes at a moment when he is at the epitome of his political journey and has virtually acquired the status of a global leader and a ‘Vishwa Guru’. G20’s unanimous New Delhi declaration proves Modi’s exceptional diplomatic talent to get a consensus vote on all G20 resolutions, including the controversial Ukraine Resolution. Almost the entire world now acknowledges his international stature, aura and political appeal. Modi is again set to surprise the nation with some major announcements in the coming up special Parliament session beginning from 18th September. His ‘One Nation, One Election’ move, the renaming of India as ‘Bharat’, a 33 percent women reservation and his ‘quota within quota’ (OBCs) move may seriously upset the Opposition alliance I.N.D.I.A., where Modi has gone too far to have a decisive win in 2024.
His all political resolutions, irrespective of BJP’s majority or no majority in Rajya Sabha, are set to sail through, where his principal trouble-shooter Amit Shah is all set to have his ‘repeat performance’ this time also.
On his birthday, Modi is not talking of 2024 and 2029 elections, rather he is confidently projecting his Vision of New India in the year 2047. His popularity graph has risen to that extent that September 17 will look like as if the entire nation is celebrating his birthday. Once again, Modi’s birthday celebrations are set to steal the limelight of Congress’ CWC meeting at Hyderabad.
Moreover, PM Modi will unveil a new scheme, on his birthday, for small craftsmen and artisans called PM Vishwakarma Scheme on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti. The aim of the scheme is to aid craftsmen and artisans not just financially by providing loans at minimal interest rate, but also to keep alive the tradition, culture, and heritage of past centuries by the way of local products and sculptures.
On the day when the ‘miracle man of Indian politics’ turns 73, First India wishes Narendra Modi, the phenomenon, all the best for the year ahead... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR PM!
