State Govt aims to provide crop loans to 35 lakh farmers, says CM Sharma

Jaipur: CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, addressing the state-level programme at RIC, highlighted the launch of 10,000 M-PACS, dairy, and fisheries cooperatives across India to mark Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birth centenary. Union Minister Amit Shah, speaking virtually from New Delhi, emphasised that multi-purpose PACS will empower the rural economy, ensuring easy access to resources and faster services at the grassroots level.

Sharma also said that, in honour of Vajpayee’s centenary, the state is observing Good Governance Day, stressing that true governance empowers people and fosters self-reliance. He announced the establishment of Atal Knowledge Centres in every gram panchayat to create awareness, empower youth, and generate rural employment.

highlighted 8,000 village service cooperatives aiding farmers in Rajasthan, aiming to provide interest-free crop loans to 35 lakh farmers. He also emphasised Rajasthan’s leadership in forming MPACS, dairy cooperatives, and creating job opportunities.
