School staff put on APO as Sangeeta intervenes

CLASS 7 GIRL’S SUICIDE CASE

Chittorgarh : After a protest by villagers in Khor under the Shambhupura police station area in Chittorgarh over a girl student hanging herself from a tree two days ago, the entire school staff has been put on APO.

After the incident, Chairperson, Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Sangeeta Beniwal also visited the school and sought the report.

Two days ago, the girl studying in Class 7 at Government Upper Primary School Khor ended life after which the villagers protested and demanded replacement of staff and locking of the school. On receiving information, DEO Rajendra Kumar Sharma, reached the spot to pacify the agitating villagers.
