RERA to take over ‘The Crest’ housing project

Jaipur: The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) will soon take possession of the luxury flats project The Crest at Tonk Road.

The authority heard the complaint of an allottee of the project and after the hearing, RERA Chairman NC Goyal gave orders to take possession of the project.

The authority has also given relief to the heirs of the allottee. Earlier, the RERA had given orders in matter of delay in project. RERA has extended period of registration for ongoing projects for one year. Now builders can register ongoing projects till March 2023.
