Neighbour rapes minor & live-in partner rapes girl

Jaipur: Two rape incidents were reported in Shastri Nagar & Chitrakoot areas here. 14-year-old girl was raped in Shastri Nagar area by a boy living in neighbourhood.

Finding her alone in house, neighbour took the girl to roof of house. When girl’s mother returned home, she was shocked to see young man doing wrong things with her daughter. The girl told that youth raped her by blackmailing her.

A case registered against the accused in Shastri Nagar police station under the rape and POCSO act. In another incident from the Chitrakoot area, a young man in live-in relation raped the girl. The girl filed a case of rape and assault in Chitrakoot police station.

On the pretext of getting married, the youth was exploiting her for two years. He used to beat her up while drunk and threatened to leak her objectionable photographs.
