Malaika addresses her marriage and pregnancy plans in new show: these things you discuss with your partner

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Malika Arora is in a good space right now with a good love life, a pretty career and now her very own reality show on Disney+ Hotstar. The first episode of the show which aired on Monday saw the actor interact with several of her closest friends including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Neha Dhupia and Farah Khan. Malaika opened up on the screen about her personal life after a very long time. She not only talked about her boyfriend, actor Arjun Kapoor and their relationship but also mentioned why it did not work out with Arbaaz Khan, to whom she was married for 19 years.

In a conversation with choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan, the Munni Badnaam actor was asked several personal questions involving her marriage and parental plans. Malaika replied that although she has nothing of sorts in mind, for now, these are some things that should be discussed with a partner. “I don’t know what the future holds for me. These are things, which of course, you discuss with your partner. Of course, you discuss these things.”

Malaika further revealed that being a “hardcore romantic”, right now, she wants happiness for herself and her partner. “I don’t feel insecure. Just because I have been through a divorce or something, I am not bitter. I have a lot to feel and I think I have a better person in a relationship. Whatever choices or decisions I made, I made purely and at the end of the day, this man in my life makes me happy. Whatever else the world says, whatever they feel, I don’t care,” she said.

Malaika and Arjun were recently caught up in rumours surrounding her pregnancy which turned out to be false. However, the talks angered Arjun who then clapped back at the fake reports through his Instagram stories.

Earlier there were reports that Malaika would join her younger sister, Amrita Arora for the reality series, Arora Sisters. However, no further development came in regarding the show. With Malla’s latest web show on the air, it seems that the joint project has been pushed further.
