Has Suniel Shetty finally publicly confirmed Athiya and KL Rahul’s marriage?

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are one of the most adorable couples on the list of ‘When Cricket meets Bollywood’. The two have always made sure that they give their fans and well-wishers a glimpse of their cutesy PDA on social media. There had been rumours going around for a while that the two are finally tying the knot and starting a new life together. While some said it would be a grand wedding, many others claimed that the couple chose a more intimate celebration. While some say it is a five-star hotel, others claim it to happen at their Khandala home ‘Jahaan’. However, no confirmation could be seen coming our way from the families themselves.

But it seems that Suniel Shetty has finally spilled some beans about his daughter’s rumoured wedding. The actor attended the press meeting for the launch of his upcoming OTT web series, Dharavi Bank. During the interaction, the actor was asked when Athiya will be getting married. The actor replied with “Jaldi hogi”, a very unusual answer from his regular indirect ones. It seems that the two will be tying the knot and are finally ready to open up about some details about the big day.

Athiya and Rahul recently moved in together in a beautiful apartment in Bandra. Athiya too recently addressed the rumours about her wedding in an Instagram Q&A where she said that she hopes she gets invited to the apparent wedding that is happening three months from now. Nevertheless, a very famous Bollywood interior designer could be noticed getting in and out of Suniel Shetty’s Khandala bungalow, hence sparking the rumours that the wedding will take place there. Whether Athiya and KL Rahul are readying themselves up to get married and will the marriage take place in Khandala would be interesting to wait and watch.
