Adani has ‘power’ more than a VIP!

Jaipur: Industrialist Gautam Adani was extended a ‘VVIP’ treatment at Jaipur airport on Tuesday wherein flight permission granted by the airport management during runway closure. The runway remains closed for 2 hours for maintenance work at Jaipur Airport and on Tuesday, the runway was closed for 2 hours from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

During this, normally there cannot be movement of planes at Jaipur Airport but for the airport operator and industrialist Adani, the administration gave ‘relaxation’ in the rules as he left for Ahmedabad at 3:20 pm from Jaipur. Adani came to Jaipur at 11.30 am to attend a private event and now some people have raised questions on this whole incident. Congress in-charge Ajay Maken was not given permission on November 1, 2021.

During NOTAM, Maken’s flight coming to Jaipur was not allowed to land and was diverted back to Delhi. Therefore, Maken could not come to Jaipur while Dotasara and Khachariyawas stayed at the airport for two and a half hours to receive Maken. Now today’s development is discussed among Congress ministers and MLAs.
