Sara Ali Khan stole a pillow from the airport lounge, according to Vicky Kaushal: "She took it to the next three states"

Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan have worked nonstop to promote their recently released movie Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. To promote the movie, the actors visited a number of places, including Ahmedabad, Indore, and others. Throughout the promotions, they were spotted engaging with and having fun with their fans. Vicky had a fascinating anecdote to offer about Sara during the time they were travelling for the promotions, and the performers have been travelling nonstop. He reportedly said that the actress briefly slept off in an airport lounge and then took a cushion with her when she departed.

Vicky and Sara were questioned if they had ever stolen anything from hotel rooms at the Zara Hatke Zara Bachke success meet. Vicky glanced at Sara right away, and the actress revealed that she found out about the extra luggage when her mother Amrita Singh noticed their luggage was 10 kg overweight at the airport. “We were on a one-month trip and I had collected shampoos, conditioner, lotions and toothpaste. I should have learnt not to do that again,” said Sara.

To this, Vicky Kaushal replied that he still understood taking items from the hotel. However, they suffered from sleep deprivation when on promotions and moving between states. Sara 'pulled away a cushion' from the couch, he said. Vicky said, “Airport se kaun takiya le kar jaata hai (Who takes a pillow from the airport)? She slept there for 10 minutes and liked a pillow. So, she carried it with her to the next three states.”

Sara Ali Khan herself recently acknowledged that she is quite frugal. She acknowledged to Brut India that while she was in Abu Dhabi for an award presentation, Sara asked those nearby for hotspot connectivity rather than forking over Rs 400 for roaming fees.
