Kareena Kapoor Khan to play a detective in Hansal Mehta’s Directorial

The Kapoor Diva is prepared to start production on the film, over a year after she first revealed her plans. In September, production will begin on Hansal Mehta's gloomy thriller, which still lacks a title. The movie holds a particular place in Kapoor's heart for several reasons.

Spilling some beans on the same, Bebo told a news portal that they will start shooting for the movie in September this year in London. In the movie, she plays a detective who is sort of a novice cop. Because the audience has seen her in glamourous roles, it's different for her. But for Kareena, this will be a risky and novel step. Kareena claims that this movie will be a bold and different move for her.

The actor stated that Hansal and she are from separate planets. She thinks there's going to be some pyrotechnics when two different universes collide. Kareena enjoys submitting herself to the director since she is a submissive actor. She says, ready to immerse herself in the world of the movie, and Hansal can shape her as he wants.

The film is currently in the pre-production stage. It is also backed by Ekta R Kapoor.
