Divya Khosla Kumar feels elated as her character Ladli Chibber in Yaariyan 2 gets called diverse, expressive, and full of life by the audience – watch

Yaariyan 2 starring Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jafri, and Pearl V Puri in the lead roles released to a great response. Apart from strong word of mouth, this slice-of-life film directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru also received great reviews from critics and audiences. A living testimony of the love that our cousins by blood friends by choice have received is the latest video where Divya paid a surprised visit to fans during a screening of Yaariyan 2. And it seems Ladli Chibber was on the receiving end of some great appreciation by the fans. 

While people called Divya’s performance diverse, they even stated that Yaariyan 2 is a beautiful family film. Many lauded Divya for her expressive stance in this musical extravaganza, they said she emotes from her eyes. And the love just continued to pour. Later, Divya even grooved on Saure Ghar with the audience. 

Overwhelmed and elated with this love, Divya shared, “There is no bigger validation than the love of the audience that I got to witness firsthand. I paid a surprise visit at a theatre in Delhi and the response I got filled my heart with joy. I feel very happy about Ladli being received so well, people walked up to me saying how relatable she was. Cheering for my performance in the film, only makes Yaariyan 2 even more special for me.”
